About StringClass

StringClass is operated by Relont in Texas, USA. These terms cover our online programming courses and practice packs. Contact support@relont.com with questions.

Personal learning access

Purchases grant personal, non-transferable access to the identified online course, practice pack, or bundle. No physical goods are shipped. Access activates after payment confirmation. Do not share accounts, resell access, or redistribute our course materials without permission.

Prices and payments

Prices are in USD. Purchases are one-time payments with no subscription or automatic renewal. Any applicable taxes are disclosed before payment. Eligible amounts previously paid count toward a bundle upgrade; taxes and refunded amounts do not count as credit.

Refunds

We offer full refunds requested within 14 days of purchase, without lesson-completion restrictions. Read our refund policy for requests, refunded access, and bundle upgrades.

Duration and availability

Purchased access has no scheduled expiration while StringClass operates the purchased offering. This is not a promise of lifetime access or uninterrupted availability. Content and availability may change as we maintain and improve the service. These terms do not remove remedies required by applicable law if we cannot provide a purchased offering.

Educational use and responsible conduct

Lessons, exercises, and completion indicators support self-study. They do not provide certification or guarantee employment, interview success, or specific learning results. Do not disrupt the service or attempt unauthorized access.

Privacy and consumer rights

Our privacy policy explains how we handle information. Nothing in these terms limits rights required by applicable law.

Payments sold through Link

Purchases use Stripe Managed Payments and are sold through Link as merchant of record. Link provides payment receipts and transaction support; Relont provides the learning content and product support at support@relont.com. Prices on StringClass are in USD; checkout may offer a localized currency and shows the final price and applicable tax before payment.

Our 14-day refund offer remains available. Stripe may also issue refunds in certain cases within 60 days, and applicable consumer rights still apply. For transaction support, visit Link support.
